On the way back from Sunday’s game , there were four scousers talking about CL final, and booking accommodation, and I was cringing.

I'm absolutely not conflicted, I just happen to think you are a bona fide dickhead and always have done.
As I said you have form for this sort of look at me what a great fan I am bullshit - such a great fan you didn't even understand how many games we have left to play in the tournament.
If you were such a great fan you'd be researching all the possible teams we might play in the last 16 at least and be booking hotels there.

Have you booked as well for Helsinki in August 2022? It's the venue for the UEFA Super Cup Final when we'll play the winners of the Champions League. Just imagine, West Ham v Bayern or PSG or someone like that. It will be great

One of my previous squeezes is from Sevilla. It is a beautiful city and she is a beautiful senorita. Or at least she was when she was my sqeeze many moons back.
It would be a fitting setting for West Ham to end it's 41 season wait for a majoy trophy. One can but dream.
